Your responsibility

You must be authorized to publish the restaurant’s information and media. Review all imported and AI-extracted details before publishing, especially prices, hours, ingredients, and dietary labels.

Version-one scope

SmartRestro publishes informational restaurant and menu websites. It does not provide ordering, payments, delivery, reservations, waitlists, or point-of-sale services.

Provider-assisted content

Place data, photos, menu extraction, maps, and domain activation rely on third-party providers and can be delayed or unavailable. Provider suggestions are not a substitute for owner review.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious files, probe private networks, impersonate a restaurant, infringe rights, automate abusive requests, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be limited to protect users and providers.

Availability

Service behavior and limits may change as the product develops. Published pages are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation.
